This week marks the arrival of athletes that have qualified for the Reebok|CrossFit Games. As expected, due to our proximity to the Home Depot Center, many of them have reached out to make CrossFit TSAC their home for the week. Of course TSAC is more then happy to lend a hand to the most elite members of our community. If you happen to bump into some of the athletes please make them feel welcome and show them that Torrance hospitality that has made us what we are today.
To accommodate the influx of visitors, we will be adding some "Open Gym" hours. You guys are more than welcome to drop by and work on lifts/skills or even catch an extra WOD. Please understand that the format for these extra "Open Gym" hours will be different than a normal class session - Open Gym sessions are normally self regulated and will have minimal supervision from coaching staff. Here is a look at this weeks schedule, please understand that changes may occur:
