A few months back it was accounted that we would be holding a form of tryouts for this year’s WOD Gear – Team Series competition.  Andy and I got our heads together and started brainstorming a way to allow everyone a fair shot at getting on one of the two teams we were going to enter. Fast-forward 2 months – the event sold out in 17 minutes and the excitement and anticipation of sending two teams to represent TSAC went poof.

Not thinking much of it, I placed out name on the waiting list just in case good fortune might come our way.  Well, it did…

It is my pleasure to announce that TSAC will in fact have a team representing at this year’s WOD Gear – Team comp. Jazz, Jenn, Andy and myself will be making up this years team.  We put this team together

I wanted to share some information for those of you who are not familiar with the events that WOD Gear puts on. First off, they are run with the professionalism of the CrossFit Games, the events are on time and always designed to challenge the athletes while being crowd pleasers as well.  The Rose Bowl has been chosen as this year’s venue and to maximize crowd attendance, spectator tickets are FREE.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, support from the gym is the most important component to comps like these, we would be honored and blessed if you all could come out and cheer us on!
