This weekend TSAC will be jumping a whole new group of individuals into the gang of athletes that call themselves competitors. Along with this fresh blood, we have a few veterans fighting right along side them at this weekends Mission CrossFit Invitational. As a coach, moments like this validate my existence and fill me with the same joy as one might experience when their own child graduates from College.
I hope many of you can make it down to watch Aaron, Amanda, Dan, DJ, Jazz, KraZy Aaron, Nich, and Robin (alphabetical order for your reading pleasure) throw down this Saturday. If you can't make it at least give them a butt tap and a hug for good luck (might want to ask permission for the butt tap, or not). Unfortunately, Ro will not be able to participate due to an unexpected change in her work schedule, I recommend that we rout for her as if she were still there!
