Challenge & Turkey Time

We are in our final week of the challenge…can you believe it? That went by quick huh??? Congratulations to you all for making it this far!!  A few things to point on for next week:

You must do your final weigh-ins, measurements and before and after pictures
Your log needs to be completely filled out
Complete your baseline WOD & Olympic lifts next week
All of the above needs to be completed in order to be eligible for prizes and even looked at as a potential winner. Speaking of prizes…Here is what the winners will be getting:

1st place male & 1st place female split the money pot of - $600.00 = $300each

2nd place winner gets 1-month free membership

3rd place winner gets $100.00 gift card

That time of the year when you feed your face and sit on the couch half asleep while watching football is here!  Don’t make those same mistakes.  Thanksgiving is about giving thanks not being too tired to help mom with the dishes.  Be prepared!!
